Our Fiery Dragon Fruit uses Kauai Coffee and has a sweet heat from the Dragon Fruit infused salt and the chili pepper. Great for steaks, ribs, lamb, and game meats. Coffee works as a natural tenderizer and will give you a piece of meat that melts like butter without the coffee flavor. You can then prepare steak to your liking. We love to broil and grill ours personally.1 Tbs per pound.
