Salty Wahine Tropical Cane sugar, of your choice
Cut pineapple into rings. Put 1/4 cup coconut milk in a bowl. Put 4 oz. bag of sugar in a separate bowl (our favorite cane sugar to use is the coconut cane sugar, but all are delicious) . Dip pineapple ring into bowl of coconut milk, then dip into bowl of sugar. Grill rings for about 6 minutes each side to caramelize.
