This soup is great for healing after giving birth, surgery, and general health. The herbs and spices in this blend are full of antioxidants, immune boosters, and helps with inflammation.

Ingredients:

  • 2 or 3 organic sweet potatoes (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 4 large carrots (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 zucchinis (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 bunch fresh green beans (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 4¼ tps Salty Wahine Healing Soup Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 6 cups bone broth (or broth of your choice)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large soup pot over medium heat. Add coconut oil and onion and sauté until translucent. About 5 minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the vegetables and Salty Wahine Healing Soup Seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low and let cook for 45 minutes.
  5. Finish with freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Note: Add salt to taste (if your doctor allows)
