Li Hing is a Chinese plum powder and islandwide favorite. We add cane sugar and Hawaiian sea salt to give a sweet, salty, tangy flavor. Great to sprinkle on fruit such as pineapple, watermelon, apples, and prunes. Also great for popcorn, soybeans, gummy bears, and a great rimmer for margaritas too.
