My husband and I bought the Guava Garlic salt on our last trip to Hawaii to season chicken before barbecuing. We loved it. It seasons and tenderizes the chicken beautifully. We have also cooked the chicken under the broiler. Glad I kept the wrapper so I can ship some to us in California.

We bought this when we went to Hawaii on our honeymoon and it’s my favorite seasoning. We use it on a pork butt in the crockpot with liquid smoke to make an imitation luau pork and it’s soooo good. When we ran out of this salt and tried to make it with regular sea salt it just wasn’t the same. Excited to see you can get it online!

Thank you Darcy. You may want to try using our Kiawe Smoke to make pulled pork in you crock pot. You do not need to use any liquid smoke. The recipe is in our recipe sheet.

I was in Hawaii and purchased a few salts. Hands down Guava Garlic Salt is my favorite of all. The flavors are so intense I put it on just about everything. You simply cannot go wrong. This is serious stuff.

I love the Guava Garlic salt on everything from my morning poached egg, to my veggies at dinner. We bought a bottle on our first trip to Maui/Kauai (I don’t remember which island) and bought a big bag full on our second trip because I was so sad when we ran out.
